Dulce's personal injury career started 14 years ago when she was hired as a receptionist for a personal injury law firm. Dulce worked her way up from receptionist to head litigation paralegal after completing her paralegal certificate in 2012. Dulce's growth from receptionist to Director of Legal Operations of Aders & Herrera makes her extremely experienced in every aspect of a personal injury case, from intake to litigation. Dulce prides herself in providing exceptional customer service to the injured. Dulce is very compassionate and truly makes our clients' personal injury her personal matter. Dulce has a passion for personal injury and her sole purpose is to fight for justice and obtain the best compensation for our clients.

Priscilla has been working in the personal injury field since 2022. Since then, she has a passion for helping injured victims and their families. Her experience in the personal injury field allowed her to discover how insurance companies mistreat people. This has strengthened her belief that she is working ethically. Priscilla stands for fairness and justice, and her experience in the field prompted her to pursue legal education. She is currently attending paralegal school to become a certified paralegal by 2025.
At Aders & Herrera, she assists the attorneys with case management. Her duties include drafting letters, and communicating with providers, insurance adjusters, and clients.
